PAYMENT CONFIRMATION

A confirmation email will be sent to you once the order is authorized and verified.Once the payment verified, the order cannot cancel or change within this sort of time. However, we will do our best to support your request.

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES

Please allow 2-6 business days for order processing and 5-15 business days for delivery depending on the location. Weekends and holidays are not included. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Order Tracking

Shipping confirmations are sent out via email when your order is processed. This email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. It can take up to 2 to 3 business days for your tracking number to become active.
